Obedience is one of those words kind of like patience. Everybody knows what it is, but no one want to do it. The Jews throughout the bible could not walk in it, then the gentiles could not do it, and even today it is one of the hardest commands for the believer in Christ. Even with the promise of God that if we walk in obedience he will prosper and prolong your days. Why do you think it is so hard? In short, the sin of this world. We get so involved in things here, God takes a back seat in our lives. Then when problems come we don't understand why! We say, "Well, I go to church on Sunday and worship God." But do we do church and worship God the rest of the week? God wants our obedience all week not just on Sunday. So do you want God to Bless and prolong your life? The key is obedience.
